AI adoption and enablement: embed AI in everyday work

Licences go unused, work gets duplicated, and the productivity everyone promised never quite lands.

We help you embed AI in how your teams work, so the change sticks after the training day. Training-led, not IT-led: we start with people and tasks, not licences.

Your free call is with Qasim Ahmed, our founder, and you can start with the free AI Readiness Scorecard. For UK organisations, not individuals.

    What is AI adoption support?

Short answer: AI adoption support turns access to AI into a normal part of how people do their jobs. We focus on a few tasks that matter, prepare each role for them, give people backing from their managers and from colleagues who know the tools, and agree with you up front how progress will be judged. It covers Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude.

    The problem

Our staff have licences but barely use them

This is a common place to be. Having access is not the same as knowing what to do with it, and the cause is rarely the software itself.

    • People were told to try AI but never shown where it fits in their own job.
    • The rules feel unclear, so careful people hold back and others turn to personal accounts.
    • The features people were shown do not match what their own setup allows.
    • There was a launch, and then nothing in the normal working pattern changed.
    • Nobody agreed what success would look like, so it slips down the list.

    Plain English

AI adoption, AI enablement and AI embedding: what each means

    AI adoption

The whole shift from "we bought licences" to "this is how our teams work now".

    AI enablement

Helping people go from having AI tools to using them well in their own work: skills, habits, manager expectations and clear rules.

    AI embedding

Making AI part of the way a team works week to week, not a tool people tried once. It is what follow-up, champions and checkpoints are for.

Thinking bigger than one team? Redesigning workflows across the organisation is closer to what people call AI transformation. See our AI consultancy for how strategy, adoption, agents and governance fit together.

    What we help with

AI adoption support for your teams, managers and champions

    A rollout plan in stages

Sequenced with your licences, pilot groups and internal messages, so people are prepared at the point they get access.

    Manager support and office hours

Help for managers to set expectations and judge AI-assisted work fairly, plus drop-in time where anyone can bring a real question.

    Internal champions and train-the-trainer

We prepare your champions and in-house trainers so the know-how stays inside your organisation.

    Measures agreed up front

Time, quality, confidence and use on the chosen tasks, agreed before anyone is trained so there is something real to compare with.

    Handover of materials

We share materials, train your internal champions and hand over assets, so capability stays with you.

    Clear rules people can follow

Adoption stalls when nobody knows what data is allowed. We can write your AI policy or help your team write it, through AI governance support.

    Champions and office hours

    Sessions end; questions do not

Colleagues gather around a laptop at an informal drop-in session by a window, one pointing at the screen

Champions are colleagues who are comfortable with AI and help the people around them between sessions. They answer quick questions, pass on what works in their team and spot problems early.

We can prepare your champions with materials they can reuse. For larger organisations, train-the-trainer helps your L&D team and champions run sessions themselves across sites. See enterprise AI training.

    Managers

    Managers decide whether AI sticks

When managers do not make room for practice, new habits fade. We help managers set clear expectations, judge AI-assisted work fairly and pick a few repeated tasks in their team to focus on, such as meeting follow-ups, regular reports or first drafts of client emails.

A colleague points to sticky notes on a whiteboard while two managers look on in a glass-walled meeting room

    Choosing first tasks

How we pick the first tasks to embed

Good first tasks have a few things in common. People do them often. A better result is worth having. Mistakes are caught before they matter. They do not need data your rules keep out. And they can be done in tools people already have.

    Measurement

    How we measure AI adoption

Usage dashboards tell you who logged in, not whether the work got better. So we agree a handful of task measures with you before anyone is trained, covering time spent, quality, confidence and use, and read the vendor's usage data alongside them.

Time saved only counts if the work does not then have to be redone, so checking time is part of the measure.

Two colleagues compare two printed one-page task summaries at a desk, with a pen, a highlighter and a laptop beside them

    Tool rollouts

    Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude rollouts

    Microsoft 365 Copilot

Your IT team or Microsoft partner looks after licences and tenant settings. We plan the change with you and get your people ready. See the Copilot rollout guide and Microsoft Copilot training.

    ChatGPT and Claude

For teams on ChatGPT or Claude, see ChatGPT training and Claude training.

    Who it is for

Built for UK organisations rolling AI out to teams

AI adoption support is for organisations, not individuals: leadership teams, L&D and HR leads, and IT or AI leads who have bought licences, run some training, and now need it to show up in the work. We plug into in-house L&D, HR and IT teams.

We work in person at your offices or live online.

How it works: talk, plan, deliver, embed

    1. 1

Talk. A free call with Qasim Ahmed, our founder, about your teams, tools and tasks.

    2. 2

Plan. We agree the tasks, the measures and the rollout plan, then send a proposal.

    3. 3

Deliver. Role-based training on real work, with managers and champions involved from the start.

    4. 4

Embed. Follow-up so the change sticks.

    Frequently asked questions

Helping people go from having AI tools to using them well in their own work: skills, habits, manager expectations and clear rules.

Making AI part of the way a team works week to week, not a tool people tried once.

Mostly for reasons that have little to do with the software: nobody showed people where it fits in their own job, the rules feel unclear, the features covered do not match what their setup allows, the launch was not followed up, or success was never defined.

We agree a handful of task measures with you before anyone is trained, covering time spent (including checking), quality, confidence and use. Vendor usage data sits alongside them, because it shows who logged in rather than whether the work got better.

No. Your IT team or Microsoft partner looks after licences and tenant settings. We plan the change with you and get your people ready.

Yes. We plug into in-house L&D, HR and IT teams.

On its own it rarely is. People fall back on old habits unless something in their normal work changes too, so we combine sessions with follow-up, champions and checkpoints.

You need the basics settled before people start: approved tools, what data is off limits, when output needs a human check and who decides on going wider. We can write your AI policy or help your team write it, through AI governance support.

Training builds the skills in hands-on sessions. Adoption makes sure those skills show up in the work afterwards, through managers, champions, follow-up and measurement. See AI training.

AI adoption gets people using AI well in the work they already do. AI transformation usually means redesigning workflows across the organisation around AI. Most organisations need adoption first. Our AI consultancy covers how strategy, adoption, agents and governance fit together.
