AI strategy support for leadership teams
We help leadership teams decide where AI should help the business, where it should not, and what to do first.
The result is a prioritised AI roadmap that your people own, and the training to deliver it.

What is AI strategy support?
Short answer: help for a leadership team to agree where AI should be used, in what order and with what guardrails, then turn that into a plan. It is a decision process, not a technology shopping list. You end with a short list of priorities, the reasons for them, and named people responsible for each one.
Starting point for leaders who want hands-on fluency first: executive and leadership AI.
What strategy support covers
What your leadership team leaves with
A prioritised AI roadmap
Quick wins and an action plan
Formats
A strategy sprint or a leadership offsite
Both end with a prioritised AI roadmap. The difference is depth and how much hands-on fluency your leaders need first.
AI Strategy Sprint
We work with your leadership team to identify quick wins, assess tools, and build an action plan.
Best when the team already uses AI and needs to agree priorities.
AI strategy offsite
A facilitated executive offsite that combines fluency-building with strategy work, leaving with a prioritised AI roadmap, governance guardrails and named executive sponsors.
Best when leaders need to build confidence with AI before deciding where it goes.
The decisions
Five questions a leadership team should settle about AI
Strategy work is mostly getting clear, shared answers to a handful of questions. These are the ones we work through with you.
- 1
Where should AI help, and where should it not?. Some work benefits from AI and some should stay with people. Deciding both, out loud, stops teams guessing.
- 2
What comes first?. A short list of priorities beats a long list of pilots. The rest waits, with the reason recorded.
- 3
Which guardrails do we need before we start?. Approved tools, data rules and when a person checks the output. Light where the risk is low, firmer where it is high. See AI governance.
- 4
Who owns each priority?. Every item on the roadmap needs a named owner at leadership level, or it drifts.
- 5
How will we know it is working?. Agree what you will look at, and when, before the work starts rather than after.
Is this you?
Signs your business needs an AI strategy now
- Different teams are trying different tools, and nobody can say which are working.
- Your board or investors are asking what you are doing with AI, and the answer is a list of experiments.
- You have paid for licences that most people barely use.
- People are using AI on personal accounts because there is no clear approved option.
- Leaders agree AI matters but disagree on where to start.
If two or more of those sound familiar, agreeing priorities at leadership level is the place to start.
Board-ready
A roadmap your board will sign off
We help you translate ambition into a phased, board-ready AI roadmap tied to revenue, cost and risk.
A board does not need a list of tools. It needs to know what changes, in what order, who is accountable, what could go wrong and how you will know it is working. A good roadmap answers those questions on a page or two.
It also says what will not happen yet. Saying no to the wrong ideas is what makes the right ones fundable.

How it connects
A strategy only matters if people act on it
That is why we connect it to AI adoption support, AI agents for your priority use cases, AI governance and AI training.
A roadmap that names an agent as a priority goes to a build. A roadmap that needs new rules goes to governance. A roadmap that needs habits to change goes to adoption.
