Name, email address, phone number, and company name — when you submit a contact form, register for an event, or interact with our chatbot
Usage data — pages visited, time on site, and interactions, collected via cookies and analytics tools
Chat transcripts — conversations with our AI chatbot, including any details you voluntarily provide

4. Cookies and advertising consent

We use essential cookies to ensure our website functions correctly. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site.

With your permission only, we use advertising cookies from Meta (Facebook Pixel) and Google (Google Ads). These record which pages you visit and whether you complete an enquiry or booking, and share that with Meta and Google so we can measure how our adverts perform. We do not send your name, email or phone number to them. If you decline, these advertising tools are not loaded or contacted. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer; it takes effect straight away.

5. Services that process data for us

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Supabase — for database hosting and authentication
Anthropic (Claude) — to power our AI chatbot
Resend — for transactional email delivery
Stripe — for secure workshop payments

The Klarna information on our workshop page is static: viewing it does not load Stripe or Klarna payment scripts or create a payment or credit application. Following the Klarna terms link takes you to Klarna’s website. See Stripe’s privacy policy for information about payments.

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions and chatbot leads are retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion earlier.
