Our instructor-led training is built for UK businesses training 10 or more people. Workshops run with around 16 people at a time, and larger groups are delivered as multiple sessions. If you are learning on your own rather than training a team, see our AI training for individuals page for the options open to you.

Instructor-led workshops at your offices anywhere in the UK, or live online for distributed teams. A session is typically one full day of about six hours, or two half-days. Longer bespoke programmes combine workshops with follow-up coaching.

We start with a short scoping conversation about your team, the tools they use and the tasks that take the most time. We then send a proposal covering format, content, delivery and price. Price depends on group size, number of sessions, format and travel, so we quote after scoping rather than publishing a fixed rate.

It helps, but it is not always required. We confirm on the scoping call which tools and licences your team already has, and build the exercises around your current plan so nobody is trained on features they cannot use.

Usually the one your business already pays for: Microsoft Copilot if you run Microsoft 365, Google Gemini if you run Google Workspace, and ChatGPT or Claude where teams use a general assistant for writing, analysis and research. If you are not sure, we can cover a mix and help you decide.

Yes. Our business workshops need no coding at all — just clear examples, prompts and templates your team can use the next day. If you also want to train developers, we run separate AI training for engineering teams.
